Just wanted to give an update:
We just received our AOS interview date by mail this past weekend the day before our 1 year anniversary!
I was just getting over the EAD we recieved by mail only the week before.
Things are happening really fast I am kind of caught off guard!
We have been truly blessed

Well I had to mail original documents for my husband to take to the K3 interview some have to be original and some can be copied.
The originals he will need is: original marriage certificate, I-134 filled out and notarized, I sent original tax transcripts for the past 3 yrs you can order them free from the IRS or if you have copies of what you have filed you can send those and copies of W2s, I sent copies of paystubs for last 6 months, I sent an original letter from my employer on company letterhead about my position, that I am full time, how much I make, and how long I have been working there, I sent an original bank letter that I had an open account in good standing.
I sent copies of emails from me to him,copies of phone bills and phone logs,copies of chat logs, pictures of our wedding before and after and with his family. Cards with original stamped envelopes that we had sent each other. Just anything and everything that you have that can prove you have an ongoing relationship after the marriage.
I sent a lot more than this but they didn't ask for all the stuff he went with but it is better to have more than not enough and everyone's interview is different and may ask for different things just send everything to be on the safe side.
This is just what I did. I would also mail it by FEDEX or DHL so it will be guaranteed to get there before his interview regular post you never know when it will get there. If I have forgotten something Someone come by and add to it.
