On the N-400 it asks you to list all the times you have been out of the country and whether they are for 6 months or longer. I have been doing some temporary consulting work in Canada which started January 4th and will run to June (6 months) but coming home to DC for three days every month. Is that one absence or is it an absence every time I leave the USA and come back even if I am only home in USA for three days??
