I have nothing to say but I hope you get approved soon.
Have you tried getting your senator or congressperson involved?

yes i did and they told me the same thing uscis has been saying which is blah blah crap . I'm going to try my senator next, uscis officer told me each time they do an inquiry thry take appl out of circulation it just pro longs the processing. That does not make any sense to me I hate this sooo much. People they should have wait they don't all these internet fraud marriages and relationships, not saying different rlationships cant be fraud too ,but those are the scammers focus they thrive in chat rooms and stuff .... anyway wish me luck no offense to anyone just venting...

AP can happen at all levels, USCIS, NVC and embassy.
I also advice you to contact your representative and at the very least you may get a clearer answer as to why or what they are reviewing.

Thanks
they have not said anything about AP thats the thing when i asked the officer he said it didnt show i was in AP I t does not take this long to get background checks. I think they just took it off the shelf to be honest ..Congress lady sad she will put in another request but officer said it slows the processing down when u have inquiries..

It will slow the officers down but not your case. The case must be pulled and focused on and an answer given to your representative
within a certain amount of time but as I understand it, it will not slow your case down, only make it more time consuming for the AO.
Remember the USCIS is the misinformation line.
Your case won't go back to the end of the line but remain where it now is after it has been checked for the inquiry.
They don't like to waste their time answering senators, they are on a certain productivity output.
Is Huskerview still around here, the former AO ? He may be able to confirm that. I hope that was his correct ID name.
They said they are reviewing the case.........so review and AP is for the most part the same thing. They are doing administrative processing to
review your case closer and that is a wide catch all that can cover many things.
