Tried the first of the shortcuts, emailing the DS - 3032,

Automated system said DS - 3032 mailed on February 19th, emailed response to NVC on Feb 21, received automated response same day. Received email response from NVC on Feb 29 acknowledging acceptance of agent of choice.

The copy of the DS 3032 that was mailed to me in the US was received on Feb 26 while the DS 3032 has still not been received in Guyana.

So a lot of time was saved on this step compared to waiting for the regular mail.

Yes, it does save time. If you continue to follow the shortcut, you will be able to save more time.

So basically, it took them 8 days to respond.
