what are the documents needed for my kids to bring in the interview? i've heard they should have also a copy of DS156...if that so...with the same imformation i have in my DS156 or their information? pls help..thanks
This looks like a K3/K4 case, not an adjustment of status. In that case, as long as you named the children on the I-129F, the Consulate IV unit at the Manila Embassy will send a packet three for each intending immigrant either automatically, or on request. In general, the kids fill out the same papers you do at that time and later you'll all pay the separate visa fees and get medical exams before the interview.
Be aware each child will need an I-130 filed for them at some point but no later than when you file to adjust your own status after you arrive in the US. I hope the petitioner is prepared for this significant expense.
