I think Tony's case was just transferred, but it doesn't say WHERE it was transferred to!!! I'm hoping it was California cause they have the best processing dates right now. How can I find out where it went?

Current Status: This case is now pending at the office to which it was transferred. The CRI89 PETITION TO REMOVE CONDITIONS OF PERMANENT RESIDENT STATUS RECEIVED was transferred and is now pending standard processing at a USCIS office.

Dang, that is a toy plane. I flew them into Atlanta.....3 on one side, 3 on the the other, and 4 (maybe 5 or 6?) down the middle. And, always packed.

I have never ever had a problem with Delta on the 10 or so trips I flew them. It's every single other airline I flew that gave me problems.

Did you see this reason why some may not get a stimulous rebate check in the next month or two?......

Man tells FBI explosives were for show

ORLANDO, Fla. - A Jamaican accused of trying to check a bag containing pipe bomb-making materials onto a plane told the FBI he wanted to show friends how to build explosives like he saw in Iraq, according to documents released Wednesday.

The FBI was still trying to determine whether Kevin Brown was ever in Iraq. Investigators noted he first told them he wanted to detonate the materials on a tree stump in Jamaica.

Brown did not speak at a brief court hearing Wednesday where he was ordered held without bail while prosecutors reviewed his mental health records.

Brown, 32, was arrested Tuesday at Orlando International Airport after checking luggage for an Air Jamaica flight. Transportation Security Administration behavior experts spotted him acting suspiciously in the ticketing area, and so investigators searched his baggage and found the unassembled bomb-making materials, authorities said.

Clarence Counts, Brown's court-appointed public defender, declined to comment as he prepared for a formal bond hearing Thursday.

The FBI said TSA officials searched Brown's checked luggage before it was put on the plane. It had two glass vodka bottles containing nitromethane, a colorless liquid used as a fuel for drag racing, in manufacturing and as a cleaning solvent. Brown said he had hoped the liquor bottles would disguise the nitromethane, the FBI said in a court filing.

The baggage also had a model rocker ignitor, galvanized pipes, end caps, two small containers containing BBs, batteries, a laptop and instructions on how to make bombs, the FBI stated in court papers.

Brown is charged with one count of attempting to carry an explosive or incendiary device on an aircraft. The FBI believed his most recent address was in Gainesville.

Passengers were briefly cleared out of the ticketing area where Brown checked in for a flight to Montego Bay, Jamaica. A bomb squad arrived, and investigators in protective suits searched Brown on the sidewalk outside the Air Jamaica counter.

Some Orlando International Airport flights were delayed up to two hours, spokeswoman Carolyn Fennell said.

Air Jamaica executive director Shirley Williams said the items could not have caused an explosion and the aircraft and its passengers were never at risk.

Jamaica's prime minister has ordered the Jamaica Constabulary Force to conduct is own investigation into Brown's activities in that country.

The FBI said it believed Brown was in the United States legally.

They've said this for awhile. Its been on VJ for a minute. if you file jointly with your non-SSN holding spouse...NEITHER of you will get a rebate. You MUST file seperately and you will only receive a rebate as a single person not a married person. Which makes sense. Doesnt make sense to rebate folks who have no way of legally contributing to the economy...ie living here and working without an SSN.

well i am not sure about painless...i just had my ultra sound and well....she is in the 90th percentile for growth and about 8.6 pounds already....my dr yesterday said she thinks i will go another 2 weeks....so if that is true and babies gain about a half pound a week....i don't even want to think about it...and the hair...OMG...her head is COVERD with hair and just blowing in the breeze it was so cute!!!

My friend just had a baby and doc said the weight would be around 6.5/6.9 pounds.....why was the baby like 8.5?! And she was a tiny lady...she had a small Chinese frame.

nope didn't have a 3D u/s it was just the way she was lying and how the had the little wand thing that you could see all this hair on her head....it was crazy!!! Well her weight was done on how big she was and how much that measured on the u/s.... i know some dr try to tell you what they think when they feel around...and depends on when the dr told her that....because the tech said after a week the baby can put on about .5 pounds per week.....so it really all depends....

We could make an arranged marriage. Painless it must be if woman choose to have more than one. I will have a painless labor I will be asking for drugs. Doc said anytime next week until my do date she could pop out. If she is as big as Shaunas little one he said I will have a C-section. She has to be 8 pounds or less. We will see in two weeks at the ultra sound.

At work they threw me a shower. The staff got me a gift certificate to Target. I will be saving it for diapers.

O.K. So I think the clog croc shoes are ugly. They are selling knock offs at the dollar store for 5 dollars. My girlfriend has every color to match her out fits. She says they are comfort. I might just try a pair for the comfort value. The other shoes they have look nice. Jelly shoes back in the day were not comfortable. What were we thinking.

Well I have 2 kids and "painless" is not a word I associate with either of them! However, the mind has a way of dulling that memory as time goes on so that you get lulled into having another one - LOL!! For my first I was drugs all the way, but then I really paid for it afterwards because it made recovery slower. With my 2nd I was totally natural - no drugs and I was begging to go home before 24 hrs was up. My advice is don't feel pressured to take the drugs because you are unsure of your pain tolerance (we are women so it is much higher tolerance than a mans!!) While it is a "pain" like no other, it really is not all that bad. And what a great gift you get for all the work!!!
