Mawnin Sunny, I just got some. It's pouring rain outside and the line was going out the door. So, my mom and I drove to the one in Gaitherburg and went through the drive-thru. Well, I have 4 weeks to go before I go home and I can't wait. He has no clue I'm coming, but his best friend does. That's who will pick me up at the airport. I'm still trying to figure out what his parents and family is up to. We shall see. I'm just homesick in the worse way. Now my ALLEGRIES are starting to kick in. I hope I make it through this year. It hurt my brother so bad, becuase my brother has a daughter. It took about a dozen Montgomery County police to get him out the building. My brother kept saying I told you so. He even testified at the trial as well as some other residents. My brother had been complaing for years and nothing was done. It just makes me sick to my stomach. And his wife testisfied in court that he should be given another chance. Who the hell gives the rights to ANYONE to have a child (as young as 2) rubbing lotion on your NAKED body and then on his P**IS. Like I said, one of ya'll will have to come and bail me out of 7-locks in Maryland

No, he was always wondering why so many kids was in this guys apartment. And my brother didn't like how he looked. His spirit didn't take him and rightfully so. I've seen this man a few times also and he looks sick.

I discovered the WE channel last weekend. I watched "Women on Death Row" parts 1, 2, 3. The last case was a lady who raped and murdered a 6 year-old little girl. She also sexually assualted her daughter when she was an infant. Her daughter was taken away from her but she was never charged. Two years later she killed the 6 year-old. It was so sad....can't get it out of my mind.

I always watch murder shows...especially women like "Snapped" on the Oxygen channel. The shows on the WE channel are worst by far.

Nothing much. Trying to get motivated to get my fat butt to the gym. I have three classes today. Bellydance and African Dance. I was home sick most this week....not sure if my body is ready...that's all.

I wish I could go to IKEA with ya...love that store.

I don't think I'd be able to watch that. Going through enough already with just watching the local news and I wouldn't be able to take that. My mom watches all those shows and she doesn't understand why she's scared to stay in the house alone.....

Girl, I don't know. My brother said during the sentencing (sometimes they let the family member say something) and she was begging saying he was depressed and didn't know what he was doing. Whatever the (#$*. Forget the sentencing...hang im rass

It hurt my brother so bad, becuase my brother has a daughter. It took about a dozen Montgomery County police to get him out the building. My brother kept saying I told you so. He even testified at the trial as well as some other residents. My brother had been complaing for years and nothing was done. It just makes me sick to my stomach. And his wife testisfied in court that he should be given another chance. Who the hell gives the rights to ANYONE to have a child (as young as 2) rubbing lotion on your NAKED body and then on his P**IS. Like I said, one of ya'll will have to come and bail me out of 7-locks in Maryland

Do you feel the same way as I do about JA? When you get there you feel like you have all the time in the world to spend time with your fiance and then you turn around and it's time to go. Where does the time go? Damn.... I cried all the way to the airport last month. I told Ray that I can't allow him to drive me to the airport again. It's just real hard for me.....


The last time was really hard, because we were together 14 days and a lot of it was spent meeting his family, which is all over the damn island. One day we're in St. Elizabeth, next day we in Mandaville. I just got tired and then they always wanting to feed my already BIG A$$. Most of them don't know I'm Jamaican, so they go into this long A$$ explaination about the food and culture. I let them finish. Then I hit them with the PATWAH. It's always so funny. I told him this time it's all about US. I mean, damn, I though my family was huge. I told him if we have a wedding in Jamaica it would be well over 1500 people.

JG, thank you for your openmindednes and great advice. I am happy that you have not voiced what I was thinking. That he might have someone there with him at nights why it's been difficult for him to talk to me.

Initially, when we talked about him coming and the progress of the visa petitoni, I got so excited, but he was like nonchalant and stated that he is not in a hurry to leave JA. He also said that he had a good job and lives in a good home and is among his family that he grew up with. The only good thing that he said was that he wanted to be with me and that makes hime want to move. He wanted to drag thing out a bit longer so maybe he is apprehensive about leaving, uprooting the life that he is used to,to try to adapt to a whole new country, lifestyle and living with a womna after not having done so in years.

Whenever I try to talk to him about the changes that are about to happen, he clams up. His step-mom suggested the same thing that you did. when he comes to Florida, I should come visit him and sit down and talk about the changes and how it is going to affect him and hoe it is making him feel.

Thank you also for saying I am fortunate to be in this situation, cause I feel the same. I want to take that time to get to know him at a closer distance before I make the big step to live with him.

Claire it took awhile for my husband to get here. We had known each other for 8 years before we got married. It was hard for him to leave his friends and family. We just took our time. We didn't talk a lot after we got married about things that were going to change cause he knew he would deal with it when he got here. I just let him enjoy his last nine months with fam and friends. When he got here he did very well. He has more friends in my hometown than I do now and is enjoying life here. He is so excited to go back home for 2 weeks this summer. He will go one week without me to see friends and then Jaylyn and I will go down the next week to visit my mother inlaw and my friends. I would just say let him enjoy time with his fam and friends because soon he will be here and it will just be you and him.

Clarie one more thing that helped us is that my family spent a whole week with him. When we were married I had 18 family members and friends fly down to meet him and that was great. He feel in love with our family. This was a blessing. My dad and him have become great friends.
