I file my K-1 aplication on 1/29/08 to CSC but have not yet received my NOA1 yet. It been 5 weeks already and my check have not been cash. Can anyone please let me know if this is normal? I've checked the other related thread on January filier and everyone seem to received their NOA1 in 1 or 2 weeks. This really got me worry. Thanks

not to worry we sent ours in and it took mmm about five or six weeks ..........maybe someone else on here can give u better answer......

did you send with express mail?
what about return receipt and online tracking?
if you are sure that package arrived in CSC i think it will be fine..

why not try giving them a call. there are cases here were the check was lost (one january filer had experienced that).. and i think i read one also where their whole application was lost. just try to contact them to make sure.

Just called, and was told to come back 15 weeks later if NOA1 still not received. Not sure how I can ask rep to checked my status if this is the provided answer. Have anyone who filed in January 2008 not received their NOA1 yet? Really afraid to be the only 1 left behind. Thanks

I sent mine on 12/6 and after waiting for two months, called CSC and told them that it was mailed over 90 days ago. The Rep transfer me to another person who was able to tell me the status of application. I was told that it was rejected and that it was mailed back to me on 1/29. After waiting another two weeks, I gave up and resubmitted another I129F. The new package was mailed on 2/23 and I got my NOA1 on 2/29. Till now, I still do not know the reason why my first package was denied. I have a feeling that they lost my first application.

15 WEEKS!!! Are they serious? that's almost 4months.. well, counting the time you've already waited, that will almost 5months.... gosh!

it sucks but since your check has not been cashed yet, maybe you should consider resending the package if that is the case. it will probably be approved faster than if you'd wait another 15weeks for your NOA1... i hope others can give you better advice.

Just call and say its been 90 days. They won't eat you are anything. If they don't have it they'll ask if you want to submit a service request. Tell them you've already submitted one, thank them and hang up. Then wait another couple of weeks and let them put the service request in.

Just called USCIS and told them it was beyond 90 days. But still no luck. Nothing has been entered into the system. Told to call back in 2 -3 weeks. It's now 6 week. Should I resend in my application or wait for another 2-3 weeks? Any advice from experts around here? Thanks again for the great help so far.

hi when u called them up what number did you press because my fiance also called them however he told me that he was only hearing recording and stuf.. were u able to talk to a customer service?

you should probley call uscis and ask about it because when i sent mine out, i heard back for my NOA1 in less than a week! something is not right there so you better call uscis *good luck to you*
