Anyone who files I-130 in Jan 08 got thier NOA2 yet?

Anyone have any idea how long would that take since USCIS is current with wveeeryhting else?

Early October filer here, still waiting for NOA2

Timelines say they are only up to end of July/middle of August filers.

Reehon ...I guess we have to wait longer Since lot of people are waiting in front of US...july / august ...etc

Hi everyone! Here are my updates regarding my petition

12/31/2007 Mailed the I-130
02/12/2008 SC received I-130
02/14/2008 Received NOA1 I-130
02/28/2008 Mailed 129F
03/03/2008 SC received 129F
03/07/2008 Received NOA1 129F

I noticed that a November filer (20th November 2007) had NOA2 on February 7th 2008 through Vermont .... surely that proves that the USCIS system is not first come first served .... it instead looks a little 'willy nilly' ..... maybe as the adjudicators are human, they tend to be more attracted to the I-130 packages which look more appealing ??
.... should we have instead used pretty coloured paper to write our cover letters on .... and inserted a small but meaningful gift ?

I think I should start a thread to ask what everyone's I-130 packages looked like .... and based on that ... who's had quick approvals etc

My check was cashed on 01-11-08 and I received electronic NOA2 on 03-06-08
