Hi Everyone,

I've notice quite a few people who received approval notifications on their K-3 petitions around the week of April 13. I've been calling NVC and they still haven't received my case yet and I'm getting a little worried. Is there anyone else experiencing the same thing. Are the approved cases sent to NVC in batches? Could this be the cause of the delay. I'm getting really anxious at this point.

Your opinions will be grately appreciated.

don't worry, 2 weeks are still normal.
Keep calling the NVC it'll be there soon.
Sometimes it just takes a bit longer

It's been over a month since our petition was approved (03/20) and it is not at the NVC yet. I guess you never know what to expect ... good luck
