hello, I am US citizen and I never been married. My question is do I need that Certificate of No marriage, because my fiancee need it.

Hey Ryan,

I don't think you need it. If your fiancee has never been married, then she needs to get CENOMAR from the NSO. It's required during her interview at USEM.

Hey Ryan,

The US citizen doesn't need the Certificate of No Marriage... it's only for the Philippine beneficiary.
