For I-130 - I am waiting for the DS-230 now...Do I need to submit all police clearance certificates with the DS-230? The interview will be at Rio in Brazil. I thought she just needed to bring them to the interview. Thanks!
to be 100% sure I would contact an embassy where your wife will have an interview to find out

You need the police certificates (Civil and Federal), birth certificate and marriage certificate. They should all be translated as well.
