Hello,

I am putting together my AOS I864EZ and ready to express it out tomorrow. I'm just a little confuse as to if this document needs to be notarized? I didn't see such instruction on the form itself; However, I question it because I downloaded the guidelines provided on VJ and it states it needs to be. Can someone please tell me if it needs to be or not, I'm ready to send this off.

I do not have a co-sponsor. I'f I'm not mistaken I think that's when it needs to be notarized. I just want to be certain.

I just sent my I-864EZ last week and I didnt have it notarized.

Like you, I didnt find anything in the sitructions that said it had to be notarized.

So I believe it doesnt need to.

didn't notarize mine either. didn't get anything back saying they needed it notarized either.
