i am compiling our I-129 is there any form that requires to be notorized.

No, I don't remenber nothing notarized when I sent my I-129F. Good luck.

No. The only item you will have to have notarized is you I-134 come interview time.

nothing needs to be notarized with the submission of the I-129f.

Hmmmm. . . if I remember right, the affidavit of support to be submitted with the I-129 for K1 visa should be notarized.

the I-134 Affidavit of Support is not submiited with the I-129f. It will be submitted at the interview. you are right that it should be notarized.

good.gif If you, the USC, were ever divorced you would need a certified copy of the divorce final from the court but the only notarized document you will need is the I-134 at the time of the interview.
