As my step son's renewal date is more than 90 days after my wife's, does that mean I can use the same photos and info that I used for my wife's? Do I also pay an additional fee for his application?

Yes, you can use the same documents that you sent in with your wife's I-751. Unfortunately, the child's I-751 is considered a separate application and will be subject to the full fee.
