First call them and try to get any info you can form 1800-misinformation line. If not, make an InfoPass appointment to see what's going on. On the other hand you are eligible to file N-400 even while your I-751 is pending, so that means you can send a copy of your conditional card, however you approved and I am not sure if that rule would apply to you too.
