I have a bit of the same situation, my income last year was way below the poverty line, but with a cosponsor, you are ok. If you go the same way i did, you and your cosponsor will both fill out the i864 form. Do not worry from what I read you will be ok......

well not yet sir. the attorney is gathering some records like federal tax above poverty line ( ready), certificate of employment (ready) and paystubs ( ready) of my cosponsor; for my spouse he was asked for ssa statement since he dont have tax file due to low income and since he was a student, they ready a letter of explanation too. however my dilemna is i request for ssa statement but will this be sent to him it states there " sent to 25 years and above...." or maybe im not understanding good the information of the social statement request im worried
i have the ds230 and other documents of me ( beneficiary completed already ) any other options im loosing hope
