Hi, can anyone give us advice on what we need to do after receiving the NOA2. What's going to be the next step? Is my fiancee gonna have a medical test in the US?
Thanks.

Hi ,,I don't know everything, but I am a little in front of you.
After I received NOA2, wait a few days,,they upgrade on Tuesday, and call
NVC at contact # on back of the form and after getting automated guy,
press 2 and enter your USCIS# and they will inform you if they
received. After that you can go to NVC website and check out their
flow-chart,,about what happens, when. Congrats and good luck!! J-boy
Check the guides they say very clear which are the next steps.
Good luck

Read here for what you'll need once you got the NOA2 and you won't be lost:
http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...mp;page=k1guide As for your fiancee's medical, it is done in the Philippines... She will be given an appointment for it.

Darryl and Tere, K visa are not put into the NVC automated system so you will need to call an operator or CSR. I would wait at least two weeks before you start calling.
In the meantime, you can start collecting and preparing the documents to send to your spouse. The I-134 and tax transcripts will probably take you the longest to prepare.
Congrats on the NOA2.
