Arrived in PRISM 11:30
* First floor Logged my name
* Guard instructed me where to go so went directlly second floor.. amazing not busy
* Got my forms handed her my photo copied passport with visa, paid 250 php for counselling
- If you have your visa : req: photocopy passport with visa
- Without visa: req: cenomar,NBI,BC,proof of fiance(e) sigleness,few pics together
Don't forget to photocopy underlined reqs.
* Went to S1 filled my forms provided chairs and pens.(they are particular with you fiance's mother maiden name )
* Went to left side for Picture taken.
* Waited for designated time for counsellling ( went to room S3)
- Sched time: 10:30,1:30,3:30
* Had my 1:30 counselling
- 1:40 brief history of PRISM
- 1:50 Film viewing
- 2:00 group counselling (went to S3 wait for you turn for 1 on 1 counsellling)
- 2:30 one on one counselling ( finished like 10 mins)
she asked personal questiones
* Went to S3
- Waited for my certificate checked closely spelling of my name (done 3:00 pm)

CFO ( near osmena highway)
* Arrived 3:20 pm
- Guard asked for my valid ID, gave Visitors ID
- Went to window 1 handed photcopied Cert. and passport with visa, gave forms I filled up
- Window 2 for verification (handed to him my passport with visa with photcopies
- last window for payment (400)
- Waited for my passport with CFO stamp
- 3:40 got my Passport with CFO stamped! yayyyyyy!!! im done

My flight on march 1 I still have 1 day and half in P.I.... I already miss my family!

Thanks WOF and VJ without this site Cant do it spontaneously, informations, shared experiences, I met new friends! Now my journey is over... I will meet my honey in HNL.. for all whose still waiting just pray hard! prayers are powerful!

Nice post, thanks for sharing. When Claudeth went through (at the office in Cebu) she was there for about 12 hours. It was an ordeal but has turned out to be well worth it, at least for me I have really enjoyed her company and silliness for the past two and one half years
