They don't require the CENOMAR during her medical exam. It will be asked on the day of her interview. I wonder why it took that long (one month) for your fiancee to secure that document at NSO. I requested mine online at https://www.ecensus.com.ph for Php 400.00 and they deliver it to my home address after 11 business days.

CENOMAR is not a requirement in the medical, your fiancee just have to prepare her passport, 3 visa photos (minimum), and the payment. However, CENOMAR is needed in the interview, the packet 4 specifically include a small piece of paper indicating that effective March 2006, CENOMAR is already needed. It usually takes 1 week before a CENOMAR is released so I don't understand why it took that long for your fiancee. Ask her to follow it up with the NSO hotline...hope it helps

I think its not grounds for denials but it can caused serious delay if she dont have it and they ask for it. In my city, you can request it and released it the same day actually. I dont know why it took her too long to wait to have it. But, anyways, she still have time to follow it up before her interview. And goodluck on the medical.

CENOMAR is not needed during the medical so don't worry about it. Here's hoping that it will be ready for her interview though... I have seen cases where their visas got delayed because of missing CENOMAR.
