Is the case number from the embassy going to be different than that from nvc which starts LND ******** and is it the embassy who will send info on the medical or the nvc. Thanks tony

I assume LND is for London. The NVC assigned our case number (K-1) to Manila and it started with MNL. I just don't know for sure how the K-3 works.

How do you find out if the case has been sent to the NVC and then to London? Been looking everywhere, but can't seem to find it!
Thanks!

You should get a letter from nvc or you can call nvc and they will tell you that it has been forwaded.
