I already sent IV fee (400) on 7th February. NVC sais they received it on 14th Feb.
I also sent I-864 on Feb-1 but i heard following message in NVC system 2 days ago

"The NVC has reviewed your packet of forms and found information missing or incomplete on your packets . The NVC sent a checklist letter on ... "

after this i called NVC and asked what is missing? and operator told me that I-864 is all good.
so i am surprised that what is missing and which form and i am still waiting for DS-230.

Why there is a difference in NVC automated system and operator?

Did people from NVC told you that is because IV fee bill?!?! I have the same message cause they still didnt cash my money order and I receive before two days ago checklist stating my bill is missing, which is ok I sent them last week. I would call them again and confirm. If they said to you 864 form is all good, then you are fine. Same here.

what missing is the DS230, call talk to operator to make sure your DS230 is generate and it safe to send DS230 in

i have the same thing when i call the automated, then i speak to the operator ask them about the DS230 is generate
yet, they said yes. so i think if you IV bill is already in the system. it is safe to send in your DS230 or call the operator to make sure
