hey guys I am in similar situation....my husband was given the 221g after being interviewed on feb 25th........requesting more information....since i was married before they want to get my exhusbands contact info, 30 guest contact info who are not my immediate relative, more pics after marriage, letters, emails, phone bills, and statment from me explaining why my first marriage ended.....is there anything i need to worry about if i am able to get all the info they requested??????. and how long will this delay our process.....and before i get to be with him please help.........really really stressed and upset witht his news (':

Don't worry. Just provide them what they are asking for. They will issue the visa.

For what it is worth. this girl I was going to marry received a 221g after an iterview, which they didn't tell me anything but additional processing. I called and sent emails every week and the only response was still process, after a year of this it came back approved.

Provide them with the information with an eye to the fact they're questioning the validity of your marriage relationship. Provide any evidence your former spouse has separate domicile. I take it you have a recent divorce and perhaps some sketchy evidence of bona fides.
