I'm ok, just stressed. I'm interviewing for a new job (UK company) this afternoon - a conference call with the UK CEO - and I'm trying to get things all set here so that I will not be missed too much. Just so much going on that I'm having to deal with professionally, and it's Olga's birthday sunday and I have to miss it, and this dang processing center is not living up to expectations. So, hugs are appreciated.

I hope so! I think that odds are really good you'll be together before then! If we aren't together by our next birthdays something will have gone seriously wrong (I'm February, he's March). It was so hard to be apart for them this year.

Alex and I are summer babies We'll miss this year's but we'll definitely be together for next year's! (I hope!) I managed to be with Alex for one of his birthdays (his 20th).

On an unrelated note, I'm only three days younger than his sister. That was slightly awkward meeting her; I wondered what she thought of me dating her 'baby' brother.

I totally understand! Dennis is only 10 years younger than my mom (10 years older than me). I've always had a thing for older men.

Congrats Mely and Mike for their NOA2. As miss Yoko said, this is a 5 days weekend, that's why I'm not spending all my time here on VJ! I try not to check USCIS website anymore but always end up doing so... and there's nothing new. What really bothers me is not that we are not getting our approval, right now, it's that nobody is getting theirs! are they back in hibernation?! come on people, it's May! (well, seeing as bad the weather is, no wonder they're back to sleep)

Aww I know what you mean Ceceile seeing no one getting approvals is far worse than just ourselves not getting them! I mean we need to see movement to keep our hope alive haha! Good Morning All. I see there were three updates over night, which is good. One of the problems with all the approvals last week is that any updates with a NOA2 date prior to May 2 are invisible on Igor's list, they just show up on the summary stats page. My feelings are like Cecile's as well. I don't have an expectation this week or next of getting approved so I'm more interested in seeing my friends and others getting the magical e-mail. I know that it seems that no motion is taking place but there is... I've moved up to 116 and more than half the January filers are under the 100 mark, October, November and December filers are becoming scarcer as they take the next steps on their journey.

It's time and I want to post more updated lists.... just waiting on the CSC to get the ball rolling again.

I will be going to Manila, our capital city which is 1 & 1/2 by land + 1 &45minutes flight from my home... I do hope and pray that I would be able to see half of the January CSC filers already got approved when I return home.

hehe.. it was funny.. I was like 'hmm lets see if theres anything new happening on Igor's list'.. so I went there and was already like 'wow, theres some new approvals' and then I saw your name and was like 'omg thats great!' haha

Darn.. can't imagine how glad I will be if this first wait will be over.. guess I will be reaaallly happy lol since it aproximately takes 2 months to go from CSC into a real life visa (according to the history stats for NVC and for the consulate in my country).

Anyways, I am really happy for you and Alex, Rachel (yes, I am happy for every approval but always a bit more happy for those who post on a regular base inside this thread lol)...

Yes; I've checked with my parents and they say a December wedding is fine with them, so December it shall be! Plus since it'll be near Christmas (as I'd like to get married in the Christmas hols so my little brother and sister don't have to have time off school) it might actually end up being easier for all of Alex's relatives, as they get together every Christmas anyway.
