can we just print the information on the website here to get an early medical cause they when scheduled everything they scheduled on the same day so i need to have her get it done early

We had the same error on our dates. My wife just went to St. Luke's about 3 weeks before the embassy interview date with a copy of appointment, passport and 3 pasport sized pictures, and of course, the money to pay in pesos.

Let her have the early medical less than a month prior to the interview. Just bring the following:
* appointment letter and photocopy
* 2x2 pictures with name at the back ,white background, ears are visible (bring 4)
*passport and photocopy it for keeps coz SLEC will get it on the 2nd day
*black ballpen not sign pen
*wipe out (in case you have erasures)
*FEE its increased as of March
* a book to read while waiting
* a jacket

Prepare this info:
* his/her address in the US and phone numbers
*passport number
*alien number .......it is the case number ...(i just knew that when i have my medical)
*POE
* If the beneficiary has family in the US, get the full name and address and phone numbers already

Remember: Sign the forms properly and make sure the signature is signed properly coz they will surely let you repeat the signature over and over until its the same as it appear on your PDS.GOODLUCK

Actually it wasn't an error... Most CR1/IR1 cases get that same day appointments that's why it's all up to the applicants to adjust the schedule - do the medical ahead of time.
