Hey I found out a easier way to get phone logs may help you,Ok I use STI and i called them emailed them about my issue.. And kept getting run around, Like go get court order etc. Can not sopena records un less crimal act.. Ok so I emailed customer service at STI. This Nice lady calls me on phone!! states she can help me Gave me number to call.. So i call tell gentlemen I was given the numbe rtold him I need phone log of my cards bought from them.. He resarched after i told him going to court to sopeans is no good .. It took him some time becuz he was reading rules and laws on this at his job.. He found that ( If you send A copy of your( I-797 notice of action ) to there Lawyer at phone card place he gave me fax number where to fax what i needed to her with her fax number.. So I have done that.. Waiting on log now.. Hope this helps you.. I have my records of calls but just wanted to see if i could get something done or find out something to help us out here..
