My husband sent our IV bill fee to St Louis on Feb 13th via Priority Post so should have been there by the 15th. I just checked again today with a NVC operator and it is still not showing in the system as paid. (The operator did say that it could take 10 to 15 business days for St. Louis to process)
Has anyone else who sent their payment in around that date showing as paid yet?

I am a victim of St louis people not entering my payment in the system. For them they calculate 14 business days or 2 whole working weeks. so your payment will be entered in the system if they are on track by march 5.

I just talked to NVC and our IV fee payment was processed today and our DS-230 should be sent out next week!
Finally seeing light at the end of the tunnel!!!!!
