Reiceived e-mail this morning I-130 approved Apr. 27th. We received NOA 2 for K3 on Apr.21. On Apr 24th on line status said approved Apr 24th (after showing approved on Apr 21st) Our K3 was also touched on Apr. 27th.

We also received 2 e-mails for each approval. Anyone else have this.

We still haven't rec. mailed copy of NOA2 for K3.

We are so approved

Yeeaah for us.

Did any one else get I-130 approval from January?

We also recieved approval for our I-130 yesterday. Our K3 was approved on April 6 and paperwork has arleady reached the overseas consulate. Does anyone know the approximate time it takes for approved I-130 petition to reach NVC from California Service Center?

Congratulations! Yes, our I-130 and I-129f from January were approved in April. Look at our timeline.
