Hi guys! I heard this morning the following message: "The NVC received DS3032 ... did not say word about hte AOL bill that was sent as well.."

Now, can I send I-864 package without waiting for their instructions to come in 4-6 weks! ?
I have it all ready to go

or shoud I wait for them to send me I-864 package?

I am in the same baot. But I am waiting to hear the message blew first. this message means the I-864 package has been genrated. I am not worrying so much about I-864 package because anyway I am waiting for the IV BILL too. I can send them at the same time. I it will take while to process the IV Bill fee then Genrate the DS230

Ales on automated messages you can hear only about one track of this proces:
#case number generation, #DS3032 generation/entering
#IV bill generation/entering
#DS230 generation/entering/RFE
#case complete

You won't hear about I-864 generation.
The only time when you CAN hear about AOS is when RFE is generated for I-864.

Now you actually should call to an operator and ask if they process your AOS bil and generated I-864, if yes then you can send packet.
I think wait until friday to do this.

Definitely. You should not guess on whether they've generated or mailed you something. You need to call the NVC and talk to a real person to find out this information.

I know The AOS Fee was entered on 02/19. I was think I should hear the auto message gerated for I-864 ref before I send the package

you wont hear the message for the i-864
if you AOS fee is process, it is safe to send inn your I-864
and trust me i did the same with my

If AOS entered on 02/19 there's big chance I-864 has been generated already.
So you may want to call to an operator.
As for hearing RFE message on I-864, it possible AFTER submitting packet, but surely you don't want hear it.

Thanks guys. I have question though about the bar code from James shortcut. When I generate the code and cut in Photoshop it looks exactly like the bar on the document but If I fellow the instruction for resizing it get smaller.
Should I just keep the orginal size or do the fellowing even though it get smaller

You then need to further adjust the size of the barcode by right-clicking on it and clicking on "Format Picture."
Click on the "Size" tab.
De-select "Lock aspect ratio"
Change the height to 0.4"
Change the width to 3.45"
Click on "OK."

I would keep original size if looks like this on document.
Just my opinion.
