Images around text is easy, just do not place a space between [img] tags and text.

See my signature below, notice the flags next to text.

Now if you try to have more lines of text next to the image then that is a problem. What you may be asking for is the ability to place HTML in signature, allowing the use of frames.

Actually, what you're looking for is a way to create a table...table data..table rows...etc. A frame or iframe loads a whole other document or file into an existing page where you insert the code.

Yes, I design websites for a living.

I have seen other forums using BB code that use ' tablebox ' and/or ' table with mrow and col ' to create tables. I've also seen a few signatures with boxes so maybe there's another way around it. If I can find those again and view the source i'll be sure to come back to post how it's done.

I would love to have more control as well.

Ok, so I found the sig's I was looking for and what that person did was create a document in word using tables with all their info. They saved it as a jpg (image) to a server (they used photobucket) and inserted the image of their timeline to their posts.
