Getting ready now to file the I-751 and just looking through our papers I have the confirmation of the change of address AR-11 filed online April 2007 when we moved. I can't seem to find or remember if I filed the I-865.

We moved once before and I did remember to file the I-865 along with the AR-11 but this time I was so busy I think I forgot.

I saw there could be a penalty if my wife received Govt benefits but this was not the case, she never received Govt benefits at any time and has been working for almost 2 years.

I'll send this in tomorrow just in case, with a brief explanation that I may have forgot to file the form, but has anyone run in to any issues of any kind with forgetting to file the I-865? We moved about 10 months ago.
