Is that possible...in regards to evidence of a bonafide marriage our firstborn son was born a lil over a month ago and i wanted to include this in a petition already pending it was sent in November & just recieved the NOA1. Any suggestions I'd appreciate. Affidavits were included as was wire transfers, but that birth cert would go a long way as far as proof of our marriage bonifidus!!

Congratulations to your newborn son! Could your wife not take the birthcertificate along to the interview? I have heard that that is where they want to see all the evidence.

Anything sent to USCIS without a coresponding RFE would just confuse them and htey wouldn't know where to put it and it would get lost or they WOULD send you an RFE, or they may just send it back with a letter that says "wtf is this?".

Better to just hold on to it and produce it at the interview, or send it IF they RFE you.

Congrats on the baby smile.gif

Well yeah it will be taken along to the interview whenever that happens, reqarding it just confusing them well thats kinda what i figured as well i think ill just hang on to it then unless they ask for further proof thru an RFE whereafter ill send it in.

Congratulations, I called and asked, they told me no. However they did say if you receive a RFE you can at that point send any other things which may help to approve the case. BEST WISHES john&jean no0pb.gif

I'd save any additional evidence of bona fides for the interview.
