Well as you know I entered the USA on Feb 9.

In my forms I had requested the social security card, and I got it in the mail today. Less than 2 weeks from entering.

So sometimes they do read the forms?

FYI only...

now I have to study for the driver's test and forget all the bad habbits I have picked up over the last 12 years.

Sucks they make you do ur Drivers test! here in VA its a simple exchange!! Best of luck

Congratulations on getting your card so quickly! I had to do the written test, and road test...and while worried, it was easy. Best of luck!
