How Come I never TOUCH since I file last september 2007 anyone happen the same??

I didn't have a touch on my case for 7 months, from June 2007 (after biometrics) until the end of January 2008 (transfer to VSC). It happens.

I file I751 on september 10 to VSC it was touch october10 before Bio (November30) after that never "TOUCH" since then when i check my status USCIS website, anyone happen the same ?
Um ours hasn't been touched since Feb of 07.
