How do you receive you receipt number. I know this sounds like a remedial question but I've searched and can't seem to find the answer.

You will be notified thru mail.

if you paid with a check, you can get your receipt number off the back of your cashed check (you can get a copy of the cashed check from your bank, or view it with online banking)
