I am using my wife's account to pose this question;
I am in the states with my K-3 visa, and I am little confused as to where to send my I-765 application form.
It says on the USCIS website to send it to Vermont, however, on visa journey it says to send it to Chicago.
I understand that most people are filing their AOS & EAD at the same time, which could explain it. But I am trying to rid myself of any doubt to make sure I am not made to wait longer because of sending it to the wrong office.
I hope that anyone can help..the sooner i send this, the sooner I can work haha.
