My husband came here last year on a K1, two of his children were named in the visa as follow-to-join. He is here, we are married, we have filed for AOS. What do we need to do now to bring his children here?

It all starts when you contact the embassy and make application for the visas...

You need to call the embassy and tell them that the children are ready for the interviews. They will send them packets 3 & 4 and give them a date. It's pretty easy but make sure you do it before the year deadline expires.

Thank you for your responses. When I contacted the embassy after the K1 was transferred from NVC, I used the NVC case number to identify. What do I use now so that they will know the case?

Thank you immensely for your help. I contacted the embassy and was informed that an appointment will be made for the children in 2-3 months.

If I understand correctly, the children will be sent the same packets 3 and 4 as my husband was sent, right?

I ask because I would like to send them the completed forms so they are prepared.
