I'm sure you've all noticed that the processing date for the I-130 hasn't changed since January 15. It still shows "July 15". I'm willing to bet that USCIS is intentionally not updating their site because they know it would put many MANY of us outside the processing time, and would cause an onslaught of support calls.

I called their support number yesterday to ask about this, and was told there is nothing I or anyone in the support organization can do about it. Oh, and to WAIT. SOME MORE....

Does anyone know if there is a way to NUDGE uscis on this?

I dont know how to "nudge", but FYI, USCIS updated the processing dates...CSC are processing I-130 for July 26, 2007 now.

firstenburg, they updated I-130 dates from july 15 to july 26, and that's actually pretty good in my opinion!
I'm sure you remember that in july of last year, 2.5 million applications were sent
It's onl expected that they are going to take a lot more time processing that last week of july, considering the amount of people who sent their applications that week to avoid the fee increase

it's really not hard at all to understand
