does the case get completed faster if the embassy is less busy? for example i know the jamaican embassy take about 3 months to give out an interview...but the one in the philipines is fairly quick....

I wish our timelines will prove NVC is not back lodged.

Case being complete at NVC is one step irrelevant to embassy, another is to schedule the interview and this strictly depends on embassy.
In my opinion of course.

If it helps any, my case was completed about a week after they entered in my new DS-230 and photos as received. Hope the same will happen for you.

I sent my DS-230 a while ago. . . they only admit to getting it yesterday. . . . . doh!
I really wanted to hear case complete this week so I could get an interview for may

DS230 was sent on Thursday. I will let you know what the completion date is to assist other users with some estimates in NVC processing times.

Recent NVC Received and NVC Left Average. Not many people update their profile on NVC left. Of those that have the most recent average is 90 days. This is what people have been saying the average time at the NVC for a CR1. That is good news.

I'm also waiting for Case Complete. I sent in my DS230 Thursdays via Express. Up to this date its not entered into NVC as yet.
