Hi ~ Which translators are used for official documents? Do they need to meet certain criteria to be accepted and considered authentic? Any info would be appreciated rose.gif

Hi Henna Rose,

How are you? Any Translator who is Asermonte (French Spelling??) should be fine. Just make sure to ask when you are getting your documents translated. The one we usually use is on Avenue de France in Agdal, Rabat... if you are over there. Bring all your documents at once so you can bargain down the price. good.gif

Good luck!

I know the consulate/embassy can recommend some as well.

Most of us here in VJ have done the translation that are needed for imigration. If you or your fiance/ee knows both languages he/she/you can do it. Only you can put the legend that the person who was translated the document knows both languages and that he/she is competent on this translation... sign and notarize it.
