My nerves got the best of me again so I called the DOS. They say my fiances case was completed on April 5th and now are waiting for the consulate to make a decision. Is there still a chance of denial? Why the freak is it taking so long. Grump, grump, grump. I just want my man.

Mmmm, remembering back, I harrased the consulate with emails every week or so. At the end of July, they told me the DOS was finished with their review, and they were just waiting for the consulate to make a decision. It took them a few weeks to make the decision.

There is still hope!

Does anyone has the experience of submitting the additional evidence to remove the conditional green card?
How long does it take to receive the decision from INS after sending the additional evidence package?

My husband and I were in good faith marriage and we submitted a tons of documents but the INS still did not approve to remove my condition I-751 after waiting for more than 7 months. Now, we are still waiting to
lift the condition so we can travel out of country.
