Full Version: Do I need the DS 3032??
My case is at the NVC and as far as the voice response the only the case number has been assigned. The IV bill has not been generated. I was wanting to know that since I am using a laywer will they send out a DS 3032 for my husband to sign ( is this step skipped?) Or if I want to cut the laywer out of the process should I have my husband e mail the NVC the DS 3032 so we can finish this process ourselves???
Yes, if you don't want your lawyer to take care of the NVC process, you can have your husband e-mail the NVC telling them that he wants X person to take care of all the correspondence and bill payments. Make sure you let your lawyer know though.

Yes, I agree with Diana. You could save some money, if you decide not to use a lawyer.
