Salama Alykum. I was not here for a while. Many because of work. I have been in vacation for long so it was pay back time.
Guys! After more than 10 months of waiting. It seems that uscis lost our files. that uscis lost our files. I contacted them and they said that they approved our case and sent to Morocco. I contacted complaint office in Washington, National Visa Center, and the Consulate. Nothing. The later two said they sent files to uscis and the complaint office " Ombudsmant" just contacted the uscis which the uscis responded by saying they approved our case.
Any idea about what to do next? I have feeling to refill the forms again. Is this a good Idea or there is another way..?

The USC needs to contact the Senator or Representative's office and have them make an official inquiry on your behalf.
How do you know they lost them?
