I just got fiancee visa in hand yesterday, we r really happy smile.gif there r a lot to do now.
PLEASE , can anyone tell me if i need a roundtrip ticket to go to the US, as it's an non immigrant visa , or a oneway ticket will be fine for the immigration services. For those who have their beloved home now , please do lemme know wot u did. am runin out of time please helpsmilie.gif

As for the flights I think that it varies per country or even airline. My husband was able to arrive on a one way ticket issued by Royal Air Moroc.

I'm hoping that someone here have a more detailed info on the subject.

Congratulations.

Technically, the K1 is called a non-immigrant visa but since the applicant intends to apply for immigrant status as soon as he/she is married you can buy a one way ticket.

Perhaps some countries are different but I have no knowledge of that.
