We got married over three years ago in 2004. Husband's PR card is May 20, 2005. Tomorrow makes it 90 days from May 20, 2008.

I just want to double check that we are now in the window?

Aye, I just applied myself (I got my GC on May 9th). A good tool for double-checking is this http://www.timeanddate.com/date/dateadd.html (good for sanity checks!)
