my hubby is a US Citizen, but he mess up, oh well, if my hubby will be convicted with felony like 1-2 yrs but he never been in prison instead he is on community service or in the drug rehabilitition, will he still be allowed to help me removed my condition?

From my understanding, they really d\ont' care about the US Citizen. As long as YOU aren't the one with the Felony.

But .. I could be wrong smile.gif

Not sure on the removal but I know they did not even look or ask about mine when we did AOS. Pretty sure they are only concerned about the immigrant and not the USC police record.
