Morning MENA! Feels so good to be back. Moving is crazy expecially when you are going through a major break up and increasingly hard pregnancy. I have missed MENA and the daily threads. As for Jackie, I have an idea. I also was a sleuth, but have not had it confirmed yet. Hope everyone is doing well and I look forward to catching up. Feels a bit weird coming back since I am no longer going through any immigration stuff, but oh well. I enjoy it and most of the people I have met here.

Thanks for the thought. It has been and is ve ry hard. However, I have 2 children to think of. All this has amde the pregnancy hard and taken a toll on the baby. He is now checked twice a week through a stress test and a biophysical test to make sure that he is still doing ok. I think I will be induced for the fetal well being. God gets me through it all. I see you got married. Congrats! Hope all is well with you.

How does that work? I may ask my doctor to do the same. I have been completely stressed throughout my pregnancy. I feel better just this week for some strange reason. Things are getting better. No doubt, it is because I'm 7 months now.

Awe those are very lovely pix! More school and Jazz festival for me today.

her being stressed doesnt have much to do with an actual STRESS test on the baby. It shows the baby's well being through monitoring the heartrate, movements and uterus actions with the monitor strapped to the belly along with the biophy ultrasound to determine the well being and the maturity of the fetus.

i had plenty of them done with my first son, and i wasnt stressed. like i said those tests are all for baby.



and some of us care where Jackie is because she is a dear dear friend to many many of us and we all know she has went thru a very rough patch.

Awe welcome back Wised Up To Late. Don't worry about not going threw immigration stuff anymore. You've been through it and that is what counts because you can offer advice to those coming and going threw it. There are a couple other like that here.

This is a super boring day. We're snowed/iced in and I am really wanting some mexican food!!!!!

As for how Jackie goes? Most of us on this board care how Mrs Jackie is doing because she has been one of our #1 supporters since VJ began. She has supported us and been there when we needed support the most. If not for her, we wouldn't have MENA slumber parties and birthday threads and all of those special things that make this board so much darn fun! U're welcome to "care less" about her whereabouts but that just wasn't very nice, the way you said that. If you posted on here a little bit more often, we probably WOULD care about where you were at too. I don't post enough to be missed when I'm gone either but I don't throw a pity part about it. Sorry..but Jax is our girl (hi jax!!)

Girl, I'd trade weather with ya in a heartbeat! I just got some cute spring clothes and I can't wait to weat them! I can't remember the last time a winter was so cold and icy.

My mama said that it looks like its raining outside but when u go out there its actually sleeting...they've gotten about a foot of it already today...i hope she's careful going home... and U BETTER TAKE CAREOF URSELF IN THIS WEATHER GIRL!!! Don't make me come up there... hehehe

Hey...you're wanting the weather so come on! Our back sliding door is a complete sheet of ice.....we can't even see through it! Kinda cool! Hubby says he feels like he's in a freezer. Now he has the "wonderful" idea that we move to someplace warm every winter. I told them we're not old enough to do that yet!

I have a question...I have been craving bean burritos from taco bell like a mad woman lately. Do you think there is any reason I should avoid those? I have heard some crazy stories about beans from fast food restaurants, what do you ladies think?

Aside from gas I don't think there's a problem with eating bean burritos from T-bell. I'm quite certain I ate at T-bell several times during both of my pregnancies and had no problems.

Eat on girl, you should be fine, for me it was McDonald's Big Mac.

I craved fish and chips like a mad woman during my first pregnancy. I once ate it three days in a row.

Hahaha, I craved that a couple of months ago and then I ate it and decided that I hated it. Actually right now, meat, chicken, and fish are my least favorite things.

I made mlokheyeh for dinner last night and the smell of the chicken was making me gag.

My first three months or so I hated just about any food and cola any kind of cola. I couldn't bear to even think of cola (both pregnancies) and the smell of coffee sent me running for the toilet. After the first trimester I couldn't eat enough. That's where the fish and chips came in.
