Does this and this effect us?
I mean is there a chance for the petitioner of K3 to benefit from this law, if they're going through Background Check (which is slowing down the petition)?

I think that's where my case is at too 
But I asked them if it's with the FBI and they told me no, that it's with a local agency.... So I don't understand!!!
