Hi all Canucks!!! I just signed up on this site its awesome. I will be applying for the K1 visa shortly. My beloved lives in the USA. The info on here is amazing you really don't need a lawyer at all. I was concerned about the process as I was previously married, divorced Jan 1 2008, but it seems this is not really an concern with the process as long as you have all the documentation to prove the divorce is final and I do.
