My question is on tax, I have not been able to file for for my 2007 tax
and my husband will have his interview on the 4th of Appril 2008,
Should I send him 2006,2005 and 2004 for his interview, will that be sufficent or must I wait for the
2007 tax?
please those of you who went through Lagos for interwiew before April did you go with 2007 tax?
Please help me with your answers, will really appereciate.

I don't believe the 2007 return would be required until after April 15th anyway so provide previous years.

I was also on the cusp of a tax deadline when I sent my SO the tax forms. I used the forms from the previous years for the same reason as you. That is ok

Wait a sec, I was planning on just filing and sending it in within the next few weeks and taking a copy of what I send them to the embassy (on April 22). Isn't that good enough? Or do they require something the gov't sends back.. do they send anything back (other than the refund if you get one)

The 2006 Tax Return will suffice for an interview prior to April 15, 2008.

You should be fine with that.
